Returns

To be eligible for a return:

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit depending on the situation.
Exchange
If you received a damaged or defective product, you can request an exchange.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
